Return & Exchange Policy

At Latin Attractive, we value your satisfaction. Because some of our products are intimate in nature, we offer returns and exchanges under specific conditions, depending on the item category. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Items Eligible for Return or Exchange

• Jeans and Pajamas: Eligible for exchange or store credit within 10 calendar days of delivery.
• Swimsuits: May be eligible for exchange or store credit if:
  • Tried on over underwear
  • The protective hygienic liner is still attached
  • There are no signs of wear, odor, or hygiene product residue
• Shapewear and Underwear: Due to health regulations, these items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged if worn or tried on.

General Return Conditions

• All returns must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• 10% restocking fee applies to all exchanges.
• No cash refunds. Store credit only.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at info@latinattractive.com within 10 days of receiving your item.
2. Include your:
   • Full name
   • Order number
   • Contact details
   • Reason for return or exchange
3. If your item is damaged or incorrect, please attach photos for faster service.

Shipping Information

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or an error was made on our end.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• International orders (outside the U.S., including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska) may incur additional fees.

Processing Time

• Returns and exchanges are processed within 15–20 business days after we receive your item.
• You will be notified via email once your store credit or replacement is issued.

Final Sale Items

• Clearance or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Custom or made-to-order pieces (e.g. special sizing or pre-orders) are also non-returnable.
